The CTD Database is a collection of data that California Tax Data (CTD) has been compiling and updating for the past 25 years. This information is updated each year as new Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts; 1915 Act Assessment Districts are created and General Obligation Debt is approved by Voters.
This feature gives your district a peek behind the curtain. California Tax Data has been tracking all of your bond issuance and other special assessment tax charges for over the past 25 years. With the internal admin, you have full access to our comprehensive data of all of your Mello-Roos and 1915 Act districts since they were formed.
All of the original formation/authorizing documents (in most cases) is now available to you. Each screen is intuitively designed and laid out for you to easily navigate and explore.
